This is a great product. I've taken many supplements that claim to curb your cravings, but they never met expectations. This tea works within minutes of drinking it. I love chips, french fries, pasta, starchy type foods. After drinking this, I didn't even think to eat those things. I Love it. I will be purchasing more.
I drink about 4-6 ounces a day after lunch. All I can say is I have to remind myself around dinner time that I need to eat something. Get some!
